      Refund and Returns Policy

       Refund and Exchange

      Our policy is valid for 30 days.

      We understand how challenging it can be to select personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days after purchase, provided that you present the proof of purchase. However, items with damage caused by normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange. Please note that returned or exchanged products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Since our products are shipped with free postage, for returns not due to quality issues, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

      However, if the return is due to our mistake (such as you receiving an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover your return shipping costs. If the item is in stock, you will receive a refund or exchange after we receive the returned item. Please note that items cannot be refunded after an exchange.

      If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Free items from special offers are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

      Items must meet the following conditions for return: unused, in the same condition as when received, and with the original packaging intact. We will only provide a return service for defective items within the time specified in the policy.

      Return shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product, your delivery address, and the courier service you choose.

      Non – returnable items include:

      – Gift cards

      – Custom – made products

      – Promotional items (free gifts)

      For defective items purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase, you can apply for a special promo code for 50% off the same item.

      Completing a Return

      When completing a return, we require you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Note: Do not return the item to the address shown on the package.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund application.

      If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or the original payment method within 1 week. All shipping fees for the original order are non – refundable.

      If you have completed all the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@amoripple.com.

      Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

      If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is usually a processing time before a refund is credited. If you have completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@amoripple.com.

      Promotional Items (if applicable)

      Only full – priced items are eligible for refund. Promotional items and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. 

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We only provide exchange services for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@amoripple.com. 

      Gifts

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item after the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift – giver had the order shipped to themselves first and then gave it to you, we will refund the gift – giver, and they will be informed of your return.

      The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location. You can choose your own return shipping method. We highly recommend using a courier service that provides a tracking number so that you can track the shipment. Please be sure to keep this tracking number for your records. Amoripple is not responsible for packages lost in transit if they are sent via a non – trackable courier.
